This commitment is realized through six pillars of sustainability: Environmental & Climate Change, Smart Operation & Product Stewardship, People, Society, Economic Development, and Governance, to ensure the Company’s contributions to Indonesia’s strategic priorities and the global energy transition are carried out with integrity and accountability.
Based on the Sustainability Pathway developed by MIND ID, the Company has established its 2030 Sustainability Priorities as a guide for implementing its sustainability strategy.
In preparing its Sustainability Report, TIMAH implements a tiered review and approval process involving the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, and stakeholders through various communication and consultation forums.
Through this process, TIMAH gathers aspirations and feedback from internal and external stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, government, customers, business partners, communities, media, and other relevant institutions.
The 2025 Sustainability Report has undergone a comprehensive preparation and review process by the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners, covering discussions on the Sustainability Pathway, sustainability targets and achievements, stakeholder issues, and material report topics.
The report has also been reviewed by committees under the Board of Commissioners and undergone assurance by an independent party to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and transparency of the disclosed information.
