2. The Ad Hoc Public Presentation was held on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, from 2:05 p.m. to 2:50 p.m. WIB online (https://timah. co.id/pubexinsidentaltins). During this Public Presentation, the Company provided an overview of the Company, its Operational and Financial Performance, its ESG Commitments, Strategic Achievements, and several Key Events. The event was attended by individual investors, institutional investors, analysts, the media, and the public, totaling 73 participants.
The Company held its Annual Public Presentation on Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. WIB at Sasono Mulyo Ballroom at Le Meridien Hotel Jakarta. During the Public Presentation, the Company provided an overview of the Company, its Operational and Financial Performance, its Commitment to ESG, and its Strategy for Improving Operations and Production Performance through September 2025. The event was attended by 130 registered participants, including investors, analysts, the media, and the public.
