Restu Widiyantoro was officially appointed as President Director of PT TIMAH (Persero) Tbk at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held at Hotel Aryaduta, Jakarta, on May 2, 2025.
He is a graduate of King’s College London, where he earned a Postgraduate Diploma in 1997, and obtained a Master of Defence degree from Cranfield University in 1999.
Before serving as President Director of PT TIMAH (Persero) Tbk, Restu Widiyantoro had a career as an officer in the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), with the final rank of Infantry Colonel. Throughout his military career, he was entrusted with several key positions, including Commander of the Indonesian Contingent in a United Nations peacekeeping mission (accompanied by the Task Force Commander of the Indo Force Protection Company at the Lieutenant Colonel level), Inspector of the Regional Military Command (Irdam) VI/Mulawarman, and Commander of Military Resort Command (Korem) 022/Pantai Timur.
In addition, he also served as Security Manager at PT Pertamina (Persero) from 2016 to 2020.
Harry Budi Sidharta was officially appointed as Director of Corporate Strategy & Business Development of PT TIMAH (Persero) Tbk at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2025 Financial Year, held on June 12, 2026, at Andrawina Ballroom at the ANTAM Building, Jakarta.
Born on December 27, 1977, he holds a Master of Business Management degree from Prasetiya Mulya University (2008), a Professional Engineer qualification from the Faculty of Engineering at Gadjah Mada University (2024), and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brawijaya University (1996).
Prior to his appointment as Director of Corporate Strategy & Business Development of PT TIMAH (Persero) Tbk, Harry Budi Sidharta held several strategic positions, including Vice President Director of PT TIMAH (Persero) Tbk since October 2025; Director of Infrastructure & Technology at PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) since October 2023; Director of Strategy & Business Development at PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) since June 2023; President Director of PT Nusantara Regas since May 2022; and Vice President of Strategic Planning & Business Development at PT Pertamina International Shipping from 2019 to 2022.
Fina Eliani holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Diponegoro University (2004) and a Master of Business Management from the Bandung Institute of Technology (2013).
Her career journey began in 2005 at PT TIMAH (Persero) Tbk and has been trusted to hold various positions including Head of the Accounting Management Division (2009-2012), Head of the Business Development Division (2018-2019) and Head of the Accounting Division (2019-2022).
At the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on 24 May 2022, Fina Eliani was appointed as Director of Finance & Risk Management.
Ilhamsyah Mahendra, born on March 26, 1988, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Trisakti University (2010) and a Master of Science in Global Supply Chain & Logistics Management from Glasgow Caledonian University, United Kingdom (2012).
Ilhamsyah was officially appointed as Director of Production and Commercial of PT TIMAH (Persero) Tbk at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held on October 29, 2025, at Hotel Borobudur, Jakarta.
Previously, he held several strategic positions, including President Director of PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (Inalum) (2024–2025), President Director of PT Sinergi Mitra Lestari Indonesia (2023–2024), and President Director of PT Semen Indonesia Logistik (2019–2022).
Ratih Mayasari was officially appointed as Director of Human Resources & Corporate Transformation of PT TIMAH (Persero) Tbk through the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) held on June 12, 2026, at the Andrawina Ballroom, ANTAM Building, Jakarta.
Born in Palembang in 1982, Ratih Mayasari has extensive experience in corporate management, organizational development, business and financial strategy, as well as corporate governance. She earned a Master of Accounting (M.Acc.) degree from the University of Indonesia in 2023, graduating cum laude, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Gadjah Mada University in 2015, also graduating cum laude. Earlier, she completed her Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Telkom University/STT Telkom in 2004 under a full scholarship from the Indonesian Engineering Education Foundation.
Ratih Mayasari also holds various professional certifications, including those in Risk Management, such as Certified Risk Governance Professional (CRGP) from LSPMR-BNSP and Banking Risk Management Certification (BSMR-BNSP Level 7). She also possesses certifications in Finance and Accounting, including Ak. (RNA), Chartered Accountant (CA), and Certified Management Accountant (CMA Australia).
Prior to her appointment, Ratih Mayasari served as Director of Human Resources at PT TIMAH (Persero) Tbk, Finance Director of Perumda Pasar Jaya, and Finance & Administration Director of Perumda Pasar Jaya. She has also held various strategic positions at PT MRT Jakarta, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk, PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk, and PT Serasi Auto Raya (Astra Group).
Handy Geniardi was officially appointed as the Director of Operations of PT TIMAH (Persero) Tbk during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held on October 29, 2025, at the Hotel Borobudur, Jakarta.
Born in Jakarta on June 12, 1964, he is a retired Major General of the Indonesian Army. Throughout his military career, he has held several key positions, including Head of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) for Papua and North Maluku, Director at the BAIS TNI, Deputy Head of BAIS TNI, and most recently served as the Deputy Commandant of the Indonesian National Armed Forces Command and Staff College (Sesko TNI).
He is also a graduate of the National Resilience Institute (LEMHANNAS) PPSA 2021 program. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Management in 2009 and his Master’s degree in Management in 2013 from the IMMI School of Management.
